My experience at the hotel was far from pleasant. The room was not only unclean but also had a terrible odor that was hard to ignore. Additionally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, leaving me with back pain throughout my stay. I brought up my issues to the staff, but their response was lacking and they seemed indifferent to my concerns.

The hotel had a fresh smell, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, the condition of the room was disappointing with mold issues in the AC and some cleaning necessary on the bathroom fixtures. Definitely a mixed experience.

We stayed with my teenage daughter and enjoyed the indoor pool, which was clean and fun. The location was ideal since we were only 10 minutes from the Henry Doorly Zoo, a perfect outing for our family. The staff provided a warm atmosphere, making our stay more enjoyable.

Additionally, the metal bed frames were quite noisy, making it hard to get a good night's rest when the neighbors got a bit rowdy. Even though I enjoyed my stay, a refresh in cleanliness and breakfast offerings would elevate the experience significantly.
